Alliance experience

The engineers at Alliance are degreed in engineering with over 20 years experience in project management system integration and automation. We understand the physics behind the design and the interoperability of mechanical equipment to make each component function as a system. Each system will be refined to offer the most energy efficient operation possible.

System design... define the deliverables

All systems are completely designed at the beginning of the project including: verified sequence of operation, software programming and graphics, wiring diagrams and schematics, system architecture and communication layout, system integration schedule. This important process defines the building automation system and ensures that the owners, designers and construction team understands and ratifies the deliverables that will be provided at the completion of the project.

Project execution... make a plan, execute the plan

The system integration and energy conservation specialists at Alliance are dedicated to providing complete and efficient systems that comprehend design intent and optimize the mechanical system capabilities.

All systems are completely designed at the beginning of the project. Complete design includes the following:

  • Verified sequence of operation
  • Software programming and graphics
  • Wiring diagrams and schematics
  • System architecture and communication layout
  • System integration schedule

Our experience in the construction process allows us to plan and execute the completion of each project proactively in step with the overall construction schedule. Definition of mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) milestones that dictate the critical path of project completion. Our experience in project management will proactively drive the completion of the project and ensure that all the deliverables are met.

  • Verification of sequence of operations
  • Loop tuning with trends to verify their continued proper control
  • Comprehensive graphics that allow efficient system monitoring
  • Alarming on all critical equipment and parameters (temperatures, pressures, etc)
  • WEB access to the system independent of building infrastructure
  • Test and balance coordination

The engineers at Alliance are degreed in mechanical or electrical engineering with over 20 years experience in system integration and automation. We understand the physics behind the design and the interoperability of mechanical equipment to make each component function as a system. Each system will be refined to offer the most energy efficient operation possible.

Long term service... ensuring that the building fits the customers needs

Our proven model for service allows us to enhance and refine the system throughout its life. Along with equipment, control systems must also be maintained to compensate for evolving end users needs. Alliance engineers working with facility personnel monitor the system through remote access and on site observation constantly improving the functionality of the building. Alliance engineers (not technicians) orchestrate the life long maintenance functionality of the building ensuring that the building functions efficiently and ultimately fits the needs of the end users.
