About Alliance Energy and Integration

The system integration and energy conservation specialists at Alliance are dedicated to providing complete and efficient systems that comprehend design intent and optimize the mechanical system capabilities. The engineers at Alliance have a degree in mechanical with over 20 years experience in system integration and automation. We understand the physics behind the design and the interoperability of mechanical equipment to make each component function as a system. Each system will be refined to offer the most energy efficient operation possible.

Alliance Energy and Integration LLC has extensive experience in building automation system design, programming and project management. Our experience dates back to 1989 in the early years of DDC control. Through the years we have experienced many changes in the industry evolving from the DDC years with proprietary communication to the current BACnet and LON systems accessible via the internet.

Our business model is to provide offerings in three major facets of our industry:
New construction, existing system enhancements and long term service.

New construction: Alliance provides our customers with the most “open” system available by partnering with Alerton. With several contractors along the Wasatch front with Alerton products available to them, our customers can obtain multiple bids on projects while maintaining continuity in their automation products.

Existing system enhancement: Alliance can evaluate how HVAC equipment can be improved to run more efficiently as a system. Most systems are modified without considering the intent of the design or “the big picture”. Alliance can quickly evaluate current conditions and how systems can be enhanced to obtain the most energy efficient configuration possible.

Long term service: Alliance’ service strategy is to partner with facilities and service organizations to monitor and maintain the system through its life. Systems and equipment are monitored monthly through remote access and quarterly with on site observation and enhancements with facility personnel. Strategic trends, graphics and alarms are all an integral part of system evaluation.
